Tom Blickman and Martin Jelsma from TNI are speaking at the debate Who is winning "the war on drugs"? about the global context of drug policy. The debate was organized by Krytyka Polityczna in Warsaw on 13 February 2013.

Other panellists included Marek Balicki, a former health minister, and Andrzej Rozenek of the Palikot Movement. Issues discussed were the emergence of regulated cannabis markets in Uruguay and in Colorado and Washington in the United States; the drive for drug policy reform in Latin America and the situation in Poland.
