Het rotsvaste geloof in de vrije markt, de nadrukkelijke financiële steun voor het bedrijfsleven zonder voldoende garanties voor duurzaamheid, het wegnemen van regels voor internationale investeringen en handel, het zijn allemaal tekenen dat de nota van minister Ploumen tekort schiet als het gaat om bestrijden van armoede en oplossen van ernstige milieuproblemen.
