Jaarlijks komen vele vluchtelingen en migranten om tijdens hun overtocht naar fort Europa. Bootvluchtelingen worden op volle zee teruggestuurd onddanks de belabberde staat van hun schepen en mochten ze wel aankomen op plek van bestemming en daar opgepakt worden dan wacht ze, je verzint het niet, een andere boot: de Bajesboot in Dordrecht. De Europese Unie en Nederland lijken vluchtelingen en migranten te zien als een crimineel probleem dat alleen met harde hand kan worden aangepakt.
