Formerly Director of both the Third World Information Network (TWIN) and Twin Trading, Pauline Tiffen is an independent consultant based in Washington focused on helping small-scale producers in Africa and Latin America profit from the international marketplace through technical assistance, research and networking.
Tiffen was a founding member of the North American fair trade alliance and has been active for many years in the Small Farmers' Co-operative Society, a coalition of coffee farmer co-operatives from Africa and Latin America.
