This upcoming panel discussion was developed around the launch of a book on the United Nations Centre on Transnational Corporations by co-authors Lorraine Ruffing and Khalil Hamdani, former UN staff members. Their publication offers a frank account and ctitical analysis of the work UNCTC. In de mids of fresh negotiations on a binding code of conduct on transnational corporations, the exchange around the outcomes of this book is timely.
