A Uruguayan public utility and union has joined up community-based water managers in Bolivia and Colombia in order to strengthen public and communitarian management of water and stop privatisation.

Platform for Public Community Partnerships of the Americas (PAPC) presents the documentary movie on an international exchanges of experiences related to water and life.

A group of community water system managers in Bolivia and Colombia meet in Montevideo with technicians and managers of public company OSE, one of most efficient water companies in Latin America, as well as union workers FFOSE to share experiences, technologies, ideas, and proposals for resource management. These men and women are committed to the development of their communities and neighborhoods, and to the fight against privatization around the world.
