Stephanie is responsible for the planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning activities at TNI. She holds a Msc. in Political Science (International Politics) from Leiden University and a Bachelor of Asia and Pacific Studies/Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the Australian National University. Before coming to TNI, she worked in a similar role at a torture and trauma rehabilitation centre for refugees and asylum seekers in Western Australia. She also previously worked in advocacy at the Australian peak body for the not-for-profit aid and development sector. Stephanie studied Mandarin Chinese at Tsinghua University in Beijing and has co-authored several papers on the ethnic Chinese in Myanmar and Chinese foreign policy towards Myanmar. She is also researching Chinese foreign policy for TNI.
