    Plus de trois ans après l’adoption des Directives sur le foncier, l’accaparement des terres et des ressources naturelles sous toutes ses formes se poursuit sans relâche à travers le monde, avec des effets dévastateurs sur les communautés locales et l’environnement, accompagnés de violations des droits humains. La mise en œuvre et l’application des Directives sur le foncier restent donc une question d’extrême urgence.
