Join us for the International Seminar: Productive Integration as a Latin American Response to Global Fragmentation, taking place May 7–8, 2026, in Rio de Janeiro. Organized by REBRIP in partnership with the Transnational Institute (TNI), Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES), INEEP, Transforma-Unicamp, GIC-UFRJ, Iniciativa Uruguay Sur, GFNE, Rumbo Colectivo, Latindadd, Instituto Eqüit, CeFiS, the Pan-American Congress, and Fundação Perseu Abramo, the event will explore how green productive integration can serve as a strategic framework for sovereign, structurally transformative responses to growing geopolitical and commercial fragmentation — strengthening existing sectoral initiatives and leveraging instruments such as regional funds and public procurement. The seminar will also serve as a preparatory session for the 2026 Pan-American Congress, to be held in August in Montevideo, where parliamentarians from across the region will deliberate on economic integration policies.
