Annual report 2023

TNI made significant strides in 2023 toward our vision of an equitable, democratic, and peaceful world. We celebrated key victories against the Energy Charter Treaty, highlighted the issue of green colonialism, and united organizations around the concept of energy democracy. Our work challenged digital capitalism, advocated for e-commerce taxation, and offered counter-narratives to militarism, particularly in Ukraine and Palestine. We also drew connections between securitisation and critical issues like drug policy, migration, and climate change, proposing fairer approaches and reaching a global audience with our impactful proposals and analyses.
