For over 76 years, Palestinian resistance to Israeli settler-colonialism has inspired generations of activists around the world in their anti-colonial, anti-racist and anti-capitalist struggles.
As Israel’s genocidal war has entered its second year, we have collectively witnessed the extent to which Western powers are willing to back Zionist colonialism, in furtherance of their own imperialist interests.
At this critical juncture, we have invited several scholars and activists to reflect on the Palestinian liberation struggle and its reverberations around the world from Africa to Asia to Latin America. Their contributions reaffirm that the Palestinian struggle is rooted in a long history and tradition of anti-colonial struggle and highlight the importance of strengthening solidarity towards a liberated Palestine. No one is free until Palestine is free!
